Inside Out: Rethinking Traditional Safety Management Paradigms
Learn how to develop a positive safety culture from the individual to the entire company, and eventually in schools, sports teams, and youth groups in the community. The First part of the book is, how he discovered and created the concepts. It concludes by giving a detailed explanation of how to implement these concepts with your company.
About Larry
Larry Wilson was working as a behavior-based safety (BBS) consultant when he determined the need for a program that went beyond the limitations of BBS. This program was SafeStart, which he developed and officially launched it in 1998. Since 1998 Larry has spoken at thousands of conferences, workplaces, and tradeshows. Following the launch of SafeStart, Larry has written two more courses; SafeTrack and SafeStart Performance, with takes the concepts: states, errors, and critical error reduction techniques beyond safety into quality, production, efficiency, and customer service.
Community Outreach
In 2009 SafeStart became the #1 safety training program in the world. Larry didn’t stop there: he took his ideas and concepts to athletes and students everywhere. His mission is to get the concepts to every worker, every athlete, every child in every country in our lifetime.
